Seeking a Marketing Associate Manager to assist one of the largest healthcare networks in New York!

JOB TITLE: Marketing Associate Manager
LOCATION: Hybrid Staten Island, NY, 3x a week onsite
ROLE TYPE/DURATION: Direct Hire
COMPENSATION: $80,000-$85,000k (commensurate with experience)
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Work closely with the Senior Director of Marketing over the Staten Island territory to manage the partnership with Northwell’s hospital in Staten Island.
- Learn about the Staten Island cultural landscape as it relates to Marketing strategy.
- Sit-in on meetings with the Senior Director and hospital leadership (also set them up, record meeting minutes, following through on meeting action items).
- Take a marketing project and move it forward to the furthest level without having to tap into the Senior Director.
- Professionally navigate matrixed organization and understand how to work cross-collaboratively with their content partners, hospital leadership, agency partners, etc.
WHAT’S REQUIRED TO APPLY:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or similar field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in Marketing.
- Healthcare experience a huge plus.
- Understand marketing metrics and how to judge success of digital, traditional, and other marketing campaigns.
- Analysis of data especially for campaign performance
- Proficient navigating the Microsoft Suite (PPT, Excel, OneDrive, Teams).
- Pulling data from Excel and analyzing it + building campaign/budget trackers in Excel + Creating PPT presentations to tell the stories of the data (including data visualization)
- Experience create a document in OneDrive and make sure it’s shareable outside of the organization.
- Social personality paired with professional acumen – This position will build relationships with all walks of life; world-class surgeons, folks who have never left Staten Island)
- Agility and the ability to be dynamic and communicative of how their quarter is reorganized as inputs change
- Travel Considerations **Job is located on Staten Island Local residence is preferred, expect a hybrid role with in office work 3 days a week.
- Occasionally a New Hyde Park, Long Island visit every 1-2 months
