Leo Sheridan

Leo Sheridan is chief executive officer of the Advanced Group, a global staffing and outsourcing solutions provider serving the US, Europe and APAC. In 1988, Sheridan founded Advanced Resources, and as the firm quickly expanded, he added additional businesses to create the Advanced Group. Today, the Advanced Group includes Advanced Resources, Advanced Clinical, the WunderLand Group, and Advanced RPO.
Leo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from St. Michael’s College in Vermont. He completed the Executive Management Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Leo has provided leadership to a variety of professional organizations including TechServe Alliance and Young Presidents’ Organization. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Cristo Rey Network and is the past chairman of the American Staffing Association Board of Directors.

Kerry Barrett

As WunderLand’s CEO & President, Kerry brings to the organization 25 years of sales and operational leadership in professional services organizations, from startups to global organizations. Prior to joining WunderLand Group’s parent company Advanced Group as COO, and subsequently leading WunderLand Group as its President, Kerry served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Accretive Solutions, a technical accounting and governance advisory services firm where she led the organization to unprecedented profitability growth and later partnered with the Board and executive leadership to effect its acquisition by global, publicly-traded professional services firm RGP. Kerry served in previous leadership and sales roles at Deloitte and Touche, Hudson Financial Solutions, and Parson Group.
Kerry holds a BA from Lehigh University and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Kerry serves on the Advisory Council of Astrella, an AST (American Stock Transfer) Company as well as Girls Leading Girls, whose global mission is to provide girls access to soccer and leadership opportunities through the sport of soccer. Kerry lives in San Francisco, California with her husband and three children.

Jen Iliff

Senior Vice President of Solutions
Jen's 25-year career in marketing spans multiple industries including in most recent years, staffing, recruitment, and recruitment process outsourcing. She has successfully led marketing teams, strategy and operations including brand, inbound and outbound lead generation, and sales support with attention to revenue generation, budget management, metrics, and executive-level reporting.
Jen has been integral to the transformation of WunderLand Group from a traditional staffing agency to a creative and digital marketing services firm, helping to launch WunderLand Studio—a team of marketing, digital and creative execution experts.
Prior to joining Advanced Group Jen led marketing, communications and public relations for The RightThing, a high-growth RPO where she delivered on critical marketing initiatives and tools to build brand credibility, customer traffic, leads, retention, and overall sales effectiveness.
Previously, as VP of Marketing and Sales for Sky Finance Group, Jen led a large team with eight regions and 350 offices, where she oversaw all marketing activities including more than 20 mergers and acquisitions. Jen has also run her own marketing consulting practice where she delivered work across multiple industries and marketing disciplines. Jen earned her bachelor of science degree in journalism and public relations from Bowling Green State University and has advanced marketing certifications from Bank Marketing and Management.
Her strengths include leading marketing teams with structured process workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness, budget management, metrics, and executive-level reporting. In addition, she has managed various disciplines including public relations, brand development, conference logistics, M&A communication, digital marketing, content creation and thought leadership including developing speeches and presentations for c-level executives. She has a trustworthy, straightforward, approachable leadership style that has serves as her foundation with a guiding principle of "do what you love, love what you do".

Matt Crook

Senior Vice President of Delivery
As WunderLand’s Senior Vice President of Delivery, Matt leads nationwide recruitment and delivery. He previously served WunderLand as the Vice President of Delivery and Managing Director of the Midwest Market. Prior to joining WunderLand Group, Matt was the former President of a privately held creative, digital and marketing firm, where he grew revenue by over 220 percent during his tenure.
With more than 24 years of sales and leadership in staffing and professional service organizations, Matt has built and led teams across privately held and start-ups to global organizations. He is responsible for placing more than 4,000 people in contract or full-time roles, has led more than 200 direct reports and has worked with more than 1,000 companies supporting their staffing & solutions.
He prides himself on the relationships that he’s created with co-workers, candidates and clients while being a trusted advisor and mentor. Matt lives in Schaumburg, Illinois with his wife and four children and recently retired from coaching youth sports after leading 20+ teams for baseball, basketball and in-line hockey over the past ten years.

Paul Owen

Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Paul brings 15 + years of management experience to the strategic initiatives at WunderLand Group, focused on the areas of talent acquisition, onboarding and consultant experience. Prior to his role with the WunderLand Group, Paul served in operations leadership roles with several different staffing firms, including Advanced Resources, a sister firm to the WunderLand Group in the Advanced Group of companies. Paul holds a BA from Ball State University and a Masters Degree in Communications from Indiana University.

Kirk Hathaway

Senior Manager of People & Culture
Kirk leads People & Culture for WunderLand Group, bringing an employee and consultant centric approach to the organization. He is known as a human resources leader who delivers exceptional results with a proven ability to build strategic plans and maneuver competing priorities in a multi-faceted environment. Kirk’s goal is to create a dynamic working environment that focuses on an engaged, motivated and energized employee population.
Prior to joining WunderLand, Kirk spent approximately 9 years in the Technology sector at Logicalis working across the entire employee experience including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee engagement & relations, compensation, and HR information systems. While at Logicalis, Kirk spearheaded employee-centric initiatives including the development of companywide career paths, implementing Workday HCM, developing a culture of coaching, as well as various Leadership development and high potential programs.
Kirk has a master’s degree in HR Development from Xavier University and holds the PHR Certification. Kirk and his wife reside in Cincinnati with their 2 children and enjoy spending their free time in the sun and close to a body of water.
