Our well established client is hiring! Join their dynamic team and be part of their 2025 growth! Sitting in the insurance industry, they are well respected and well known as being a provider who helps their members when in the most need.

Fully remote role - allowed in these states only: AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, KY, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI.


Contract to hire role, with a pay rate range of $38 - 52/hourly on W2, plus benefit eligibility while a consultant through Wunderland Group.


What you'll need to qualify:

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field, plus 3 years of work experience beyond degree.

·       1 year of experience as a Technical Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role, preferably focusing on digital channels.

·       Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and engineering.

·       Strong Technical skills, with experience working in digital ecosystems, APIs, and system integrations.

·       Experience with re-platforming, large-scale system upgrades, migrations, or legacy system modernization.

·       Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in supporting agile product development processes.

·       Experience with UI/UX design principles is a plus.

·       A passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and improving the lives of members through digital innovation.


What You'll Do Each Day:

 Technical Analysis & Solution Design:

o   Partner with the Digital Product Owner to gather, document, and analyze technical requirements for the member portal and mobile app re-platforming initiative.

o   Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

o   Identify gaps and opportunities in the current platform architecture to improve scalability, security, and performance.

·       Support Re-platforming Efforts:

o   Play a key role in re-platforming the portal by evaluating and documenting current-state processes, recommending enhancements, and supporting implementation efforts.

o   Ensure core functionalities such as benefit access, claims viewing, and payments are optimized and seamlessly integrated into the new platform.

·       Collaboration Across Teams:

o   Act as a liaison between product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical solutions and deliverables.
