Contract to hire role, with a pay rate range of $38 - 52/hourly on W2, plus benefit eligibility while a consultant through Wunderland Group.
What you'll need to qualify:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field, plus 3 years of work experience beyond degree.
· 1 year of experience as a Technical Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role, preferably focusing on digital channels.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and engineering.
· Strong Technical skills, with experience working in digital ecosystems, APIs, and system integrations.
· Experience with re-platforming, large-scale system upgrades, migrations, or legacy system modernization.
· Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in supporting agile product development processes.
· Experience with UI/UX design principles is a plus.

What You'll Do Each Day:
Technical Analysis & Solution Design:
o Partner with the Digital Product Owner to gather, document, and analyze technical requirements for the member portal and mobile app re-platforming initiative.
o Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
o Identify gaps and opportunities in the current platform architecture to improve scalability, security, and performance.
· Support Re-platforming Efforts:
o Play a key role in re-platforming the portal by evaluating and documenting current-state processes, recommending enhancements, and supporting implementation efforts.
o Ensure core functionalities such as benefit access, claims viewing, and payments are optimized and seamlessly integrated into the new platform.
· Collaboration Across Teams:
o Act as a liaison between product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical solutions and deliverables.
