Position: Senior Marketing Project Manager
Location: New Hyde Park, NY (hybrid 2 days onsite)

Salary: $110,000-$115,000
Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Project Manager will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive business objectives, such as increasing patient volume and building brand reputation for healthcare facilities in the central region. The role involves strategy development, campaign execution, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Oversee end-to-end campaign development, including strategy, execution, monitoring, and optimization based on data analytics.
- Translate business goals into actionable marketing briefs to drive campaign success (e.g., increasing volume or enhancing reputation).
- Work with internal teams and external media partners to create and execute marketing campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and trends.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign data to assess performance and ensure tracking is functional.
- Identify optimization opportunities and collaborate with partners to enhance outcomes.
- Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate campaign metrics, insights, and outcomes to leadership.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and visualization to support decision-making processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with research teams to leverage consumer and competitive data for strategy development.
- Partners with marketing teams, healthcare professionals, business leaders, consumer research teams, data analysts, and internal media agencies.
- Maintain professional acumen as the role involves regular interaction with senior leadership and key stakeholders within a matrixed organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing, data analysis, and campaign management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization tools) and PowerPoint (creating professional presentations with strong design sensibility).
- Solid understanding of paid media campaigns, including search engine marketing and analytics.
- Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns, analyzing performance, and understanding the full lifecycle of campaign management.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights and strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
