Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Suffolk County, NY (must be able to travel to various locations within Suffolk County and work onsite one day per week at the New Hyde Park corporate office).
Role Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $100,000-$115,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media content strategies across platforms, including TikTok and Instagram Reels, with a focus on video and photo content.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams and practice leaders in key specialties (e.g., cardiology, neurology, oncology) to brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas.
• Travel to various Suffolk County locations to capture diverse content, such as facility tours, patient stories, healthcare trends, and coverage of community and PR events.
• Manage all aspects of organic social media, including content creation, editing, scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting for regional social channels.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience within social media content creation and social media marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Experienced in photography and videography and editing of raw content within Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
• Well versed with social tools including Sprout Social, Meltwater, TikTok, Instagram Reels
• Ability to create and execute strategies.
