Some details:
The full-time, in-house Digital Art Director will be a key creative leader within the organization, collaborating with the creative, marketing, and business development teams to deliver high-impact digital marketing assets. These assets may include email campaigns, social media posts, websites, landing pages, video components, infographics, and traditional design projects. Reporting to the Director of Design, you will take a leadership role within the creative department, managing a team to execute diverse design requests efficiently. This role requires a blend of broad design experience, a portfolio of successful digital campaigns, excellent project management skills, and proven leadership abilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Ability to lead and manage members of a design team to successfully execute on creative requests from marketing, strategy, business development, and internal departments
· Translate marketing strategy and objectives into digital creatives
· Respond quickly to requests while maintaining high standard of accuracy
· Proof and edit own work and the work of other team members as needed to ensure quality
· Address staffing concerns and manage workflow for entire creative department
Qualifications:
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in web and digital design
· Advanced level skills using Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver
· Full knowledge of Figma and Salesforce Marketing programs
· Hands-on HTML and CSS experience, UX principles, and working in content management systems
· Thorough understanding of digital marketing processes and testing strategies
· A strong command of typography, color, composition hierarchy and an understanding of how these elements work together to create successful digital creative
